About Me: Hi! I’m Ellie, and I am a rising junior from the Huntsville Alabama region :) I’m interested in applying machine learning to study how genetic variation influences disease risk and progression by modeling interactions between genes, regulatory networks, and environmental factors, particularly focused on sex-based differences in disease and using AI to improve prediction and understanding of rare conditions. Some other hobbies of mine olympic recurve archery, figure skating, and physics !
